The Customers privacy is of utmost importance to us and thus we have designed our privacy policy accordingly.

From here onwards reedits.in shall be addressed as “RE EDITS” “We”, “Us”, “Ours”, and “The Customer” will be addressed either as “You”, “Yours” or “The Customer”.

How do we collect your information?

When you sign up with reedits.in, you are asked few questions and some information about yourself. Reedits.in asks visitors for demographic information (like their PIN code or Telephone No., Permanent address etc.). The footages, audios, images, video clips, presentations, important information, intellectual properties uploaded by you at reedits.in for the modification. Demographic and profile data is also collected at the site. We use this data to tailor our visitor's experience and services at our site, showing them services that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the services according to their preferences.

The footages, audios, images, video clips, presentations, important information, intellectual properties uploaded by you at reedits.in for the modification, will be used to make necessary changes to them as requested by you. We do not sell/lease these intellectual properties to anyone. Only Technicians / Creative Producers in our team or any other Employee of reedits.in and freelancers authorised by us has access to this intellectual properties.

The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. We do not divulge the visitor's information to any third party for commercial use. We may use the data for informing the users of our services and offerings from time to time.

What information do We collect when you register with reedits.in?

Re edits offers access to some services that require registration. We may use your contact information to send notification to you of Re edits products and services by e-mail and/or postal mail. We also may share that information with our clients. Our clients may send you promotional material that is related to the topic of the service for which you registered. We may also use your IP address internally and share it with third parties.

What other information do We request?

We may also request your e-mail address or mailing address for the purpose of conducting a survey or to provide additional services (for example, subscriptions to e-mail newsletters, announcement lists or information about conferences and trade shows). What information do we collect when you purchase our services / products?

If you are purchasing something from RE EDITS (Products / Services ), we and any third party provider, need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us, or third party providers, to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status. This information may also be used by us to notify you of related products and services. Credit card and e-mail information will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose except as provided in this Privacy Policy without your express permission. Wherever RE EDITS collects personal information we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.

Will RE EDITS disclose the information collected to outside third parties?

RE EDITS will disclose personal information and/or an IP address, when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to :

Choice Opt-Out/ Opt-in announcement List Privacy Policy

When you sign up for an RE EDITS e-mail newsletter, you are given the opportunity to sign up for targeted third-party mailings. Whether you want to receive these announcements is your choice. You may stop the arrival of these announcement lists at any time by removing your e-mail address from the list by forwarding the announcement list to support@reedits.in or by following the instructions on the e-mails you receive.

By using the RE EDITS site, you consent to the collection and use of information by RE EDITS as specified above. We reserve the right to modify this policy. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
