The following terms and conditions of service (these " Terms and conditions”), govern your access to and use of
the RE EDITS website and mobile application, including any content,
functionality and services offered on or through www.REEDITS.IN or the
REEDITS mobile application (the "Site") by Reedits.in (C / 801, Gagangiri
Complex, Above Macdonalds, Kandar Pada, Dahisar (West), Mumbai,
Maharashtra, India) . Reedits.in referred hereto as "Re edits" "we" or "us" “our” and “you” or “ Customer” means you as an user of the site.
Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start using the Site. By using the Site, opening an account or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your employer or any other entity (if applicable), to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service, Re edits Payment Terms, found here (“Payment Terms”), and our Privacy Policy, found here, each of which is incorporated herein by reference . If you do not want to agree to these Terms and conditions or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site. This Site is offered and available to users of all the ages and nationalities. Our Customer Support team is available 24/7 if you have any questions regarding the Site or Terms of Service. Contacting our Customer Support team can be performed by submitting a request here.
The original language of these Terms and conditions, as well as all other texts throughout the Site, is English.
Customers are users who purchase services on Re edits.
Corporate Account is a collaborative Customer account, created for special corporate discounts and offers with assured business of minimum amount in the span of a month/year, as detailed on Re edits Corporate account Terms of Service (available here).
Corporate Account Team Member or Team Member is any user that is invited or uses a Corporate account on behalf of the Customer/s.
Quote/s are exclusive proposals that a we create in response to specific requirement/s by you.
Request a Quote/s are requests made by a you to receive a Quote from a us.
Orders are the formal agreements between a Buyer and Seller after a purchase was made from the Seller’s Gig Page.
Offers are special discounts on the orders placed by you, in terms of monitory benefits, that may be valid for limited period of time or on selected services.
1. To start using Re edits.in, you will have to first get registered with the site. Registration is free. In registering for an account, you agree to provide us with accurate, complete and updated information and must not create an account for fraudulent or misleading purposes. You are solely responsible for any activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password. We are not liable for any acts or omissions by you in connection with your account.
2. Jobs on Re edits starts at a minimum Price of Rs. 500 depending on the nature of work and delivery time. Not all jobs will be executed at this rate. The rates may go up depending on the work involved and the time taken. There is no upper limit for the Price.
3. The Customers have to pay 50% advance of the approved Quote amount for the work to start. Please read Payment Terms here.
4. You can ask for a Quote for your job by clicking on “Request A Quote” button.
5. You must be the Owner or the official representative of the Owner of the Video/Audio, you want us to make changes to.
6. No job with video audio having objectional content will be taken up by us, please read about objectional content, here.
7. Minimum delivery time for a regular job is 72 hours ( If it is
practically possible ). Should you want it faster, there will be an
additional cost to it.
There are 2 more categories,
a. Fast Delivery – Delivery within 48 hours ( If it is practically possible ), this will be charged 50 % more than th regular cost.
b. Extra Fast Delivery – Delivery within 24 hours ( If it is practically possible ), this will be charged 100 % more than the regular cost.
8. While uploading the file/s on this site, please make sure you have a backup of the same at your end. In case of eventuality ( server crash or any other issue, where we lose the file/s), we may ask you to resend it.
9. Once the job is completed (status – closed) we will delete the files from our server within 7 days.
10. In case of customer being unhappy about the job done, we have a money back policy in place. Please read here.
11. Any delay from our side in delivering a job or any other issues with the job will be compensated (please read here), please be patient and have trust.
12. We retain the right to use delivered jobs, for Re edits marketing and promotion purposes.

14. Any legal dispute between Re edits and The Customer is limited to Mumbai (Maharashtra, India) jurisdiction only.
